We have been waiting for the amazing milestone of supporting 100 children on their cancer journeys. And just as quickly as we extended assistance to our 100th child, we added our 101st, 102nd, and 103rd too!
100 – Zackry is 12 years old and recently experienced a relapse with leukemia.
101 – Avaya is 2 years old and was just diagnosed with Ewing’s Sarcoma.
102 – Julia is 14 years old and was recently diagnosed with melanoma.
103 – Idress is 17 years old and is receiving treatment for lung cancer.
The past four years, and the support we have provided to help 103 children travel to cancer treatment, have only been possible because of all of the donors who have donated, the grantors who have provided grants, the guests who have attended our events, the volunteers who have given their time, and the Board members who have led the strategic direction for Compass to Care. We could not have made such an amazing impact without each and everyone one of you standing by our side in this fight against childhood cancer.
The mission of our organization focuses on helping children travel to access cancer treatment. Yet we ultimately aim to give each child the very best chance to live a long and healthy life beyond cancer.
Thank you for all you have done to make this possible. We are truly grateful!
