Cameron Steppe (Cami) is a Human Capital Consultant at Deloitte, specializing in change management, organization design, and supporting clients through challenges that affect their people. Cami first worked with Compass when she was a senior at Northwestern, leading the fundraising efforts for Dance Marathon and working closely with Michelle as Compass to Care was the primary beneficiary. She is passionate about giving back to the community and especially helping low income families access the best possible cancer treatment.
