Compass to Care’s Associate Board is always looking for exceptional young professionals who are interested in impacting the lives of children with cancer. If you meet the Board Requirements and are interested in joining our team, please complete the application below.

The Associate Board Mission

Compass to Care’s Associate Board Members are young professionals who are emerging leaders seeking a nonprofit affiliation. These individuals become ambassadors in the community that focus on the following objectives:

Increase the efforts of Compass to Care by generating funds and support for the organization
Enhance the Associates Board Member’s resumé and develop long-term Compass to Care leaders
Play an active role in engaging other young people to support Compass to Care
Create an opportunity for young professionals to meet wonderful people and have fun!

Board Member Requirements

All Associate Board members must have a minimum of 2 years professional work experience and be passionate about making a difference in the lives of children with cancer. Each individual commits to investing at least six hours per month for a one-year position on our Board and agree to:

Attend and participate in all meetings
Volunteer for and attend Compass to Care events
Participate in event planning, fundraising, communications, community outreach, & recruiting
Sell tickets for fundraising events and/or raffles
Promote the Compass to Care mission and programs in the community
Financially support Compass to Care with an initial contribution of $100, and a commitment to raise an additional $1,000
